• Verify patient benefits.
• View your insured patients' dental and/or orthodontic claims for the past 36 months.
• Confirm payment amounts and check dates for processed claims.
• Access a "Resource Center" with claim forms and information on submitting claims, electronic claims, finding a dental network provider for referrals, joining our network and interpreter services for patients
• One-time new-user registration to set up your UserID and password. (You will need a source code found on the top of an EOP Statement (claim explanation) issued by us within the last 15 months.)
